Еhe place of killing of the washerman.

    Bhaktivedanta Narayana Gosvami

    From the book “Sri Vraja-maṇḍala-parikramā”:

While roaming around Mathurā city, Kṛṣṇa and Baladeva spotted a washerman (rajaka) whose job it was to wash and dye Kaṁsa’s clothes. Seeing the fine garments in his care, Kṛṣṇa and Balarāma asked him to give Them something suitable, but the washerman made fun of Them and refused to hand over any clothes. When Kṛṣṇa heard the washerman’s sarcastic remarks, He beheaded him with a blow of His bare hand before everyone present. Thus Kṛṣṇa gave the washerman a liberation that was fitting for him.

    Rajashekhara Dasa

From the book “Chaurasi-kosa Vraja Mandala Parikrama”:

This is the hill where Krishna slew one of King Kamsa’s envious servants. As Krishna and Balarama were walking around Mathura they met King Kamsa’s washer-man who was carrying freshly washed clothes of the king. Seeing the opulent royal refinery Krishna asked the washer-man to present some of these embroidered silken garments to Himself and Balarama. However the envious washer-man flatly refused and instead passed insulting comments about the two brothers. Hearing the sarcastic words of the washer-man Krishna immediately severed his head with the swipe of His hand.
