This forest of Apsaravana surrounds the tail-end of Govardhana Hill referred to as ‘punchari’ meaning ‘tail’ that is located on the eastern side of Govardhana Hill. Apsaravana is listed as being one of the sub-forests of Vrindavana Dhama.
