Rajashekhara Dasa
From the book “Chaurasi-kosa Vraja Mandala Parikrama”:
In this temple one can see the original Srimad-Bhagavatam, read personally by Shrila Raghunatha Bhatta, one of the Six Goswamis of Vrindavana, who was famous for his melodious chanting of Bhagavatam slokas. He would often recite the Shrimad-Bhagavatam before the other Goswamis. Raghunatha would chant each verse of the Bhagavatam in three different ragas or meters. It is said that many who heard Raghunatha chanting the Bhagavatam shlokas would be overcome with transcendental spiritual emotion and some would even swoon in ecstatic trance. Raghunatha himself would often exhibit all the symptoms of spiritual ecstasy. In this temple one can also see the Deities of Madana-Mohanaji.
