From the book “Sri Vraja-maṇḍala-parikramā”:
Mahārāja Jiyājī Sindhiyā of Gwalior built this magnificent temple in 1860 AD. He offered the service of the deities to his spiritual guide, Śrī Giridhārī dāsa Brahmacārī. In this temple are three deities – Śrī Rādhā-Gopāla, Haṁsa-Gopāla and Nitya-Gopāla – who preside in three separate chambers. This grand, stone temple is situated near the Lālā Bābū Temple.

This large and ornate temple was built in the year 1860 by the king of Gwalior, Maharaja Jiyaji Scindia, on the order of his guru whose name was Giridharidas Brahmachari, thus the temple is also known as the Brahmachari Mandira.
